Ways to Give

There are many ways to make a gift in support of our work.

If your preferred method of giving is not listed below, please contact development@taplaw.org.

Online

You can make a one-time or monthly gift, or a tribute gift in honor or memory of a loved one.

*For tribute gifts, we will send an email to your designated honoree or the family of your loved one notifying them of your donation. (The amount will be kept confidential.)

By Check

Please mail your check, payable to “The Appellate Project, Inc.” to:

The Appellate Project, Inc.
1835 7th St NW #194
Washington, D.C. 20001

Please include your mailing address and your preferred contact (email or phone) so that we can properly acknowledge receipt of your gift.

The Appellate Project is a nonpartisan, 501(c)(3) charitable organization (EIN: 84-3852810).  All donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Matching Gifts

Maximize your impact to TAP by checking to see if your employer will double or even triple your donation.

Powered by Double the Donation

If your company isn’t listed here, please ask your company’s human resources department if your employer has a matching gifts program. We wish we could submit the required form for you, but unfortunately employees must submit matching gift requests to their employer directly. We appreciate you taking a few minutes to double (or even triple!) your donation!

Donor-Advised Funds

Support TAP through your donor-advised fund (DAF). You can simply log into your DAF account, and select The Appellate Project. If you do not include any notes, TAP will allocate your contribution to the areas of greatest need. If you have a DAF with Fidelity, Charles Schwab or BNY Mellon, you can donate via the DAF Direct Widget here:

In-Kind Gifts

TAP welcomes gifts in the form of goods and/or services, such as meeting space and catering services for our events. Please contact us at development@taplaw.org to make an in-kind donation.
